
DIPPING LINE
3D Enterprise has one of the best condom dipping lines with a production capacity of 8,000 pieces per hour. It features an automated former washing system, an automatic beading system, infrared heating, and an automatic level control system. The setup also includes utility-saving systems and automatic stripping with a water jet or double brushes. Additionally, 3D Enterprise operates three other basic dipping lines with different styles to meet diverse manufacturing needs.
ELECTRONIC TESTING
The company utilizes a high-voltage dry electronic testing machine for condoms, which automatically rolls, inspects, and sorts them into accepted and rejected categories. The machine operates at a testing voltage of 900-3000V and can process 50-60 pieces per minute. It features chrome-plated test mandrels, and its speed is mechanically adjustable.


SEALING
The condoms are sealed in multiple pouches and lubricated with silicone oil. They are also available in a variety of flavors to enhance sexual pleasure.
QUALITY CONTROL
All testing procedures comply with ISO 4074 and Schedule – R standards to ensure that condoms are safe, reliable, and provide an effective barrier against sperm and sexually transmitted infections. Multiple tests are conducted at various production stages to eliminate defects. Material durability is assessed using both air and water-based methods.
Each batch undergoes rigorous quality control, including the following tests:
- Airburst Test – Evaluates elasticity and pressure resistance.
- Water Leakage Test – Checks for microscopic holes and leaks.
- Tensile Test – Measures strength and flexibility.
- Aging Test – Assesses durability over time under different conditions.
